-Bippy (my mother's mother) passed away yesterday evening at the age of 86. We've been expecting this for a while now but I also hadn't thought about it in a while either. So, when I got the call from my mom, it kinda caught me off guard. Luckily, Mikael was "there" for me and all of my friends have been very supportive.

-Speaking of Mikael, he is the man I am in love with and I must admit myself a little upset that he went to a party tonight with his friends. Not because I don't want him to have fun, no no. But because I'm being a tad selfish and I want him here with me. Ah well....I have him for the rest of my life I suppose.

-I'm also a little upset by that second bullet because I could have gone to Hannah's (my sister) house with Bex (my other sister) to watch North and South (an amazing movie adaptation of the book by Elizabeth Glaskell that I hope to read someday), and hang out with my oh-so-awesome brother-in-law, Alex, and their two amazing kids, Ethne and Wester (which is a nickname, btw). But, Mikael's roommate's didn't tell him until right before they were leaving and he made a last minute decision and went with them (after my sister already left without me, btw)....stupid roommates.
